Recording Artist, Producer, Worship Leader, Live & Studio Musician, Songwriter & Engineer - Da Sargeant (affiliated names: Sargeant, SGT, Sarge, DS, DASGT; real name Sam Daniel) hailing from hometown East London/Essex, globally known for his dynamic musical abilities. Influenced heavily by Contemporary Christian, Black Gospel, Western Mainstream, and Indian Cinematic Music. Having come thus far, as an Artist and Performer, Sargeant has shared the stage with popular Recording Artists such as Richie Righteous and Guvna B. Sargeant is always highlighted for stealing attention from an audience with his music and testimony. Most of Sargeant's gift is only witnessed, heard and experienced LIVE. Sam has a healing ministry that has been prophesied on him since childhood. This has been witnessed at his local church and events where He has led worship. People of all ages, race and cultures have been healed from all sorts of internal and external pains at the sound of the atmosphere that he brings whilst ministering. As a Musician, Sam is at professional level with the Keyboard and Piano, playing on and off for 5 years and then continually for another 8 years. He has played in hotels, restaurants, weddings and large events/concerts and specialises in R&B, Rock, Gospel, Jazz, Contemporary Christian, Classical and Pop. Sam also plays the Acoustic Guitar with 7 years on and off experience, Bass Guitar at Professional Level and the Drum kit and Percussion on and off for the past 7 years. Sam is also an experienced Singer and has experience in vocal coaching. Most of his singing talent is not found online as opposed to rapping however, upcoming EP 'Love & Grace' releasing 2015 as well as other content will deliver much more of his vocal abilities. As a Music Director and Producer, Sam has helped direct much of the music for his Worship Band 'KINESIS' and their Debut Album 'Hover Over Us' (2014) which Sam also played the Keys for all songs and sang in some. Sam has also played in LIVE Album Recordings in the UK, and has produced music for Tamil Worship Albums. Currently, Sam is producing Singles, EP's and more Albums for many Artists, Worship Leaders and Bands nationally and internationally as well as producing music for TV Adverts, Short Films and Games. Many of his songs were released in this scene and were then later taken down as Sam transitioned himself to committing his music to his Lord God and Saviour Jesus. In this time He had given opportunities to many young upcoming artists and recorded their first ever songs. Some of these artists had eventually been signed to well known Record Labels whilst others had pursued other careers. Nonetheless Sam enjoys hearing, meeting and working alongside new talent. 'Yeshuve' - was the hit release under Sam's stage name 'Da Sargeant' that featured songwriter Luke James in December 2011. Upon this came a 'Bhangra Remix' of the song which was then released in June 2012, featuring 7 other Artists of 6 different languages from the UK, Germany and India. The remix version ended up at the top 10 of the iTunes Chart at #4 position. Sam has a heart for the nations, to see the young and old set free, changed, discipled and on fire for Christ. He uses his gift in music, media and also sports to make Jesus known. Sam has been invited to Romania where miracles broke out in the villages that He had visited, and has also been on mission to India with a team from his local church where supernatural healings and miracles took place, and people were never the same again! Sam has also been invited to Churches, Christian and Non-Christian Events all across the UK where He has made an impact with his music and testimony. Till date Sam has been offered recording deals and contracts which were carefully considered but eventually turned down due to his vision not being aligned to it.
