키비 [WATER] (Walking Acorss The Escape Room) 이루펀트의 키비가 새로운 솔로 정규 앨범 [WATER]를 발표한다. 'Walking Across The Escape Room'이라는 문장의 단어 앞 글자씩을 따서 [WATER]라 명명한 키비의 이번 앨범은 전체적으로 스스로 설정한 심리적 공간을 배회하고 파고드는 여정을 담고 있으며 그 과정을 통해 발견하는 해방감을 담아내었다. 그동안 이루펀트 멤버로서 주로 활약해왔던 키비는 약 3년 만에 이번 자신의 새 정규 앨범 [WATER]를 발표하며 솔로 아티스트로서도 자신의 길을 꾸준히 확장해 나가고 있는데, 자신의 내면으로 몰두하고 관찰한 이미지로부터 건져올린 보석 같은 가사들은 힙합 음악이 가진 문학성에 대해 근래 보기 드물게 많은 것들을 시사해주고 있으며, 랩과 힙합에 대한 다양한 실험과 창작열이 치열하게 담겨있는 이번 앨범은 키비의 음악이 여전히 현재 진행 중이라는 것을 여실히 보여주고 있다. 총 11곡이 수록된 이번 앨범의 타이틀곡 '외국인 (My Foreigner)'은 언어가 다른 누군가에 대한 사랑을 표현하는 곡으로, 키비와 그룹 치즈의 메인 프로듀서였던 구름이 함께 곡을 쓰고 브라더수가 피처링으로 참여했다. 이 밖에 소울컴퍼니를 함께했던 옛 동료 더콰이엇과 오랜만에 호흡 맞춘 '자아도취', 엠비션뮤직의 신예 김효은이 참여한 '껍질' 등은 꼭 들어봐야 하는 필청 트랙이다. 01. 방음 (Feat.
