Earlier this year, he released “Chanel” with Becky G and they performed the track together at the 2023 Latin American Music Awards and Peso Pluma was a surprise guest during her mainstage performance at weekend one of Coachella 2023. He went on to release “77” alongside Eladio Carrion, and “BYE,” and his highly anticipated album “GENESIS” which featured additional collaborations with Grupo Frontera, Junior H, Natanael Cano, among others. His album “GENESIS” went on to become the highest first-day streamed album in APPLE and Spotify history and the highest charting musica Mexican album in Billboard chart history. Having appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Peso Pluma is breaking the mold and showing the next generation of artists that a musician’s superpower is remaining true to themselves.
