Ryan John Band's greatest joy onstage is being a conduit for creating an atmosphere where people are free to manifest their love for God in a way that's personally meaningful to them. Off stage, they consider building relationships with kids and adults alike the most important part of ministry. The band is known to be characterized by their approachability. Ryan, Andy, and Mark all find a way to relate to the students they are with. The band enjoys building these relationships and taking the time to show someone they're important and that they care about them. That is Ryan John Band's purest form of worship.
