简介：小简介 東京を拠点に活動する音楽家。2009 年にリリースした最新アルバム"The Nothings of The North"は、世界中の幅広いリスナーから大きな評価を得て、現在のシーンに揺るぎない独特の地位を決定付けた。 坂本龍一「2009年のベストディスク」にも選ばれ、ドイツのMille Plateauxからライセンス・リリースが決定。SonarSound Tokyo、Sense Of Wonder、渚音楽祭、Summer Sonic 09などの大型フェスティバルにも出演を 果たし、2009年夏にはアイスランドでYagyaやRuxpinと共にライブを敢行。さらにClammbonの楽曲の唯一のリミキサーとしてミト氏より依頼される。 DJとしての活動でも成果を伴いつつ、ライブでは果てしない旅のような無類の音楽性を披露し、次第に多くの人々を惹きつけ、現在までにPlaid、Oval、Fennesz、Jel(Anticon)、Vladislav Delay、Floating Pointsなど国 境を越えたアーティストと共演。2011年春にはスペインのLEV Festivalに招聘され、Apparat、Johann Johannson、SBTRKT、Pantha Du Prince、Jon Hopkinsらと共演。 湖の上でオーディエンスに囲まれる条件下であったが、後日L.E.V. Festivalのベストアクトと称され、同フェスティバルへ大きな衝撃を残す。その後、n5MDのCrisopaとスペインツアーを成功に収める。 孤独感の中にある確かな温かさと崇高美は大きな揺らめきを与え、突き抜けた個性、大自然を描くような強烈なサウンドスケープは世界中にファンを広げている。 2012年6月6日、待望の3rd Albumがリリース。 Ametsub acts based in Tokyo.
