Noriko Sasaki was engaged at the Vienna National Opera Studio from 1984 to 1986, and had an exclusive contract with the Vienna National Opera from 1986 to 1991. She was part-time lecturer at Musashino College of Music (1994-2000), part-time lecturer at Kurashiki Sakuyo University (1997-2001), full-time lecturer at Musashino College of Music (2000-2004), and part-time Lecturer at Tokyo University of The Arts (2001-2004).
