These instumental pieces were composed and performed by Hans Christian Höie, except bass on "Keep on moving," which was played by Göran Lundberg. Hans Christian overdubs himself with electronic and acoustic instruments. These pieces were created between 2006 and 2013 and represent a mixture of composed and improvised parts. The tempo alternates between upbeat rhythms, jazz swing and calm moods. The contrast between the surface and the depth of the ocean is an underlying theme running through the album´s music and titles.
