For the last few years, Hans Christian Höie has worked on some parallel projects. This is an album of songs and instrumentals mainly designed for dancing. Many "In the box" features such as drum loops, synthesizers and software instruments are used. It is mostly a solo home studio production, but "I have become a winner" from 2005 is included. This track is a collaboration between Mats Jönsson, George Hagstrand and Hans Christian Höie. Another collaborative song is "Mental holiday." Mary Groove wrote the lyrics and the melody, and she is the lead vocalist, while Hans Christian Höie created the rest of the music for the track. Annika Zuleikha Eidenert sings backing vocals on the title track, and she also created the cover art for the album.
