Angela's first album, I Am Free, is her tribute to young women and all women who are struggling to find their voice and discover the freedom for which they were born. From guitar-driven rock strains and gospel-style vocals to an intimate piano/vocal ballad, Angela shares her musical gifts from the very depths of her soul on the first 5 tracks of the album. Then on the last 5 tracks, Angela draws back the curtain of her heart to reveal that "from the place of your pain, healing can arise - just like beauty from ashes, and the caterpillar turning into the butterfly."
