These recordings and outtakes were recorded ‘LIVE’ at Jester Units II & III – Richmond, Texas; Ramsey Units II & III – Rosharon, Texas; Plane State Jail – Dayton, Texas; The Walls - Huntsville, Texas; Curran Fromhold Correctional Facility - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; and Association Gai-Matin – Centre de Rehabilitation, Switzerland. This CD is dedicated to the men and women in the third largest prison system in the world, “The Texas Department of Criminal Justice”. When we arrived for one of our prison tours, no one could have imagined an early heat wave blasting through Texas that week, even the weathermen were surprised by this one; and with the chapel air conditioning system out of commission, the first performance was in temperatures in excess of 100 degrees Fahrenheit. The temperature in the Spirit was even higher. The songs Kum Ba Yah and Holy, Holy, Holy are in memory of the executed inmates from the condemned section of the Luzira Prison – Kampala,Uganda, Africa where it was so evident by their testimonies and worship that the Lord had been near to them and they had experienced His holiness.
